Partnered Energy Sensing: In pairs, participants stand a few feet apart and slowly move their hands toward each other to sense the boundary of their partner’s energy field.

Day 3: The Seven Chakras Explained

This session provides a detailed overview of the seven primary Chakras, covering their locations, colors, and their profound impact on our physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Day 4: Practices for Cleaning and Energizing the Chakras

This session is dedicated to practical techniques from traditional yoga used to cleanse, balance, and activate the Chakra system for optimal energy flow.

Guided Chakra Visualization Meditation: A 15-minute meditation guiding participants to visualize a wheel of light at each Chakra location, cleansing and energizing the center with breath and focus using high vibrational energy transmission

Day 5: Accessing High Vibrational Energies (Siddha Science)

This session introduces advanced concepts of energy work, focusing on how to access and direct divine energy for healing and transformation, as described in Siddha Science.

Sankalp (Focused Intention) Meditation: A guided meditation where each participant formulates a positive intention for healing or growth. They will then use their breath and focus to “send” energy to this intention, practicing the core principle of Sankalp

Day 6: Advanced Chakra Meditation with Higher Energies

This session integrates the knowledge of Chakras with the concept of high vibrational frequencies, guiding participants through a deep meditation for activation and healing.

Day 7: Daily Practices for a Balanced and Energized Life

This final session synthesizes the course content into a practical toolkit, empowering participants with daily practices and lifestyle adjustments to maintain Chakra balance for a better life.

Closing Circle and Integration Meditation: A final group meditation to integrate the learnings, followed by a short sharing circle where participants can voice one takeaway from the week.
