प्रज्ञानं ब्रह्म (prajnanam brahma)

“Research on ‘I’”

Adi Shankaracharya has said, “True devotion is aligning with one’s true nature” (Swaswaroopa Anusandhanam Bhakti). Yogi Vemana also stated, “Knowing oneself is realizing Brahman.” Ramana Maharshi taught, “Who am I? Where am I?” Self-inquiry into the “I” is the simplest path to self-realization, guiding one to know their true nature of Sat-Chit-Ananda (Existence-Consciousness-Bliss).
Simple Path: For devotees with intense desire to explore the “I,” a seven-day “Self-Inquiry Yoga Practice Week” will be conducted at Yogi Ram Thapovanam from xxxx to xxxxx under the guidance of Vaishnavam Sri Vishnuo Bhagavath Acharya,(Himalaya Badrinath Swami). The training will focus on achieving asana siddhi (mastery over posture), sahaja kumbhaka siddhi (natural breath control), nishchala manas (still mind), and pragya pratyavikshanam (insightful contemplation).

This immersive week aims to instill faith that self-realization, the ultimate goal of human life, is achievable.
